Wise has no subscription fees - you pay only for what you use. On its UK/GBP pricing page: sending/converting money is advertised "from 0.24%" (a floor, not a fixed rate), the debit card is a one-time 7 GBP, ATM withdrawals are free up to 250 GBP/month then 2.69% over that, and receiving Swift payments costs a small fixed fee (6.11 USD / 2.16 GBP / 2.39 EUR depending on currency).
